Fitness Classes are all about Fun and Comraderie
AdventureHere classes are designed to encourage, motivate and inspire you while achieving flexibility, strength, balance and endurance. Classes consist of:
- Cardiovascular drills
- Weight & strength training
- Core training
- Plyometrics and calisthenics
Each exercise will be described in detail to provide you with the information you need to move your body safely and correctly. Regardless of your fitness level, plan on an hour filled with lots of activity, fun and beautiful scenery. My intention is to maximize your fitness potential, boost your metabolism and leave you with more energy than you arrived with!
Classes are indoors and outdoors through the summer. All rates are the same.
