AdventureHere can help develop a sports specific or general fitness program that will improve your conditioning and performance. If you are sincerely committed to enhancing your overall fitness expect to see dramatic improvements in your cardiovascular health, muscle strength and flexibility.
A typical session is one hour and can take place in your home or outside and will include:
- Free weight exercises
- Resistance training with bands and tubes
- Balancing and core strengthening
- Plyometrics and a variety of calisthenics

Buddy Training
- 2 People, 1 Hour Shared Session
- 3 People, 1 Hour Shared Session
Please note: Each buddy workout session lasts one hour. The hourly rate is shared among clients.
