We are commited to seeing you through this process and will help you achieve your postpartum goals at a pace that is realistic, with long lasting results!
A typical session is one hour and can take place in your home or outside. All individual programs are based on your pregnancy and level of fitness. Each session includes:
- Free weight exercises
- Resistance training with bands and tubes
- Balancing and core strengthening
- A variety of calisthenics
I do my best to make each session new, exciting and fun!
Personal Training
- 1 Hour Private Session - $80
- 10 Pack - $720 ($72 per session)
Buddy Training
- 2 People, 1 Hour Shared Session - $90
- 3 People, 1 Hour Shared Session - $100
Please note: Each buddy workout session lasts one hour. The hourly rate is shared among clients.
